San Francisco's Bayview Hunters Point neighborhood and University of California at San Francisco have come together in a unique partnership known as Seva*.  Community residents, neighborhood leaders, service providers, medical doctors, educators, and others are listening to one another, and working together to improve care and policy for those most vulnerable.
